Ingredients

  • 2 poundsground beef
  • 4 TblsTaco seasoning (or 1 packet)
  • 2 cupswater
  • 16 ozfrozen corn
  • 1 canwhite chili beans
  • 1 canpinto beans
  • 15 ozstewed tomatoes
  • 14.5 oztomatoes with green chilies
  • packetRanch dressing
  • stripsTortilla

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large stock pot brown ground beef, drain grease.

  2. 2

    As taco seasoning and water to drained meat. Bring to a simmer.

  3. 3

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

  4. 4

    Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until fully heated.

  5. 5

    Dress your bowl with tortilla strips, cheese, sour cream as you desire.
