Ingredients

  1. 2 poundsground beef
  2. 4 TblsTaco seasoning (or 1 packet)
  3. 2 cupswater
  4. 16 ozfrozen corn
  5. 1 canwhite chili beans
  6. 1 canpinto beans
  7. 15 ozstewed tomatoes
  8. 14.5 oztomatoes with green chilies
  9. packetRanch dressing
  10. stripsTortilla

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large stock pot brown ground beef, drain grease.

  2. 2

    As taco seasoning and water to drained meat. Bring to a simmer.

  3. 3

    Stir in remaining ingredients.

  4. 4

    Cover and simmer for about 30 minutes, or until fully heated.

  5. 5

    Dress your bowl with tortilla strips, cheese, sour cream as you desire.
