Take a bowl, add all chopped veggie and mustard Sauce. Sprinkle some black pepper, salt and herbs. Cut boiled egg into 8 halves and mix well with veggie and mayonnaise..add little bit of olive oil and spring onion to garnish.

Yummy egg salad is ready.. Served best when chilled with bread or can be used as filling for sandwich.
