Maharashtrian style Kothimbir Vadi
Kothimbir means coriander...
Steps

Mix lemon juice, green chilli paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, besan and bajra flour together

Add salt and coriander and add enough water to make soft dough.

Grease hands with oil and make cylindrical shape from dough.

Keep water to boil. Put this shapes in steamer and steam it for 10-15 mins.

Once it get cook, cut it into slices and deep fry them.
- 6
Serve it with chutney and fried chilli.
