In a cooking pan fry the onions and garlic until golden brown

Add tomatoes, green capsicum, green bananas, salt

Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes and capsicum are soft, stir to avoid any burning

Add water just enough to cover matoke cook for another ten minutes until the bananas are tender and the sauce is thickened a little

Add dhania and stir into the ready matoke
