Baby potatoes with bacon and mushroom salad

Boil potatoes in salted water till they are soft but don't let the skin peel off.

Fry minced bacon in 1 teaspoon of cooking oil till it becomes slightly crisp.

Add baby sized mushrooms into the bacon till mushrooms are soft and season with Robertson Garlic Salt.

Rinse boiled potatoes under cold water to stop the cooking process and let them cool down.

Once potatoes are cold add the mushroom, bacon mixture and add the Steers French dressing as desired.
