A savory garlicky, cheesy bread side, so easy a monkey could do it. 😉
Perfect as a side for any Italian inspired dish, or pairs perfectly with my Poppin' Pizza Party Dip.
I used butter flavored biscuits for my recipe, but you could use buttermilk or homestyle for sure. 😁

Ingredients

  1. 2 cansrefrigerated biscuits (8 count) - such as Pillsbury
  2. 1/2 cupgrated parmesan
  3. 2 tspdried parsley
  4. 2 tspgarlic powder
  5. 1/2 cupfinely shredded mozzarella or Italian Cheese blend
  6. 1 stickbutter - melted

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a bundt pan generously with cooking spray. Set aside.

  2. 2

Put parmesan, parsley, and garlic powder in a gallon size ziploc bag (crush parsley slightly to almost make it powder). Seal and shake to mix.

  3. 3

Open and separate biscuits. Cut each biscuit into quarters. Roll each quarter into a ball.

  4. 4

Working in small batches add dough balls to parmesan mixture, seal bag, and shake to coat.

  5. 5

Distribute coated biscuits evenly in bundt pan, layering with shredded cheese.

  6. 6

Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese mixture evenly over the top. Then drizzle melted butter evenly all around the top, making sure to get some around the outer edge.

  7. 7

Bake uncovered until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean 25-30 minutes. Note: Place foil on top if it looks like it's getting too dark at any point.

  8. 8

Remove from oven. Let cool in pan 10 minutes. Carefully turn out onto a serving plate. Pull apart. Dip in marinara, pizza sauce, additional garlic butter, ranch or my Pizza dip. Enjoy!

Cooking is a hobby and a passion of mine. I love cooking and trying new and different things. The best thing about cooking? I get to prepare delicious food for my family and friends that they (almost) always love! Lol.Many of my recipes are experiments in what I could make with what was available at the time. Many are simply my version of classic and/or popular dishes. A few are variations of recipes I have found elsewhere online but adjusted to our tastes. No matter what, though, each of my recipes is tried and tested before posting and I hope you find as much joy in preparing them as I do.
