  • 1onion
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • 200 mlvegetable oil
  • 3 bunchesspinach
  • 800 gcucumber
  • 200 gcarrots
  • 1 kgbeef

Steps

  1. 1

    1.prepare the potatoes the vegetables and the onions carrots and the cucumber

  2. 2

    Boil the potatoes until ready for mashing

  3. 3

    Prepare the beef stew,with the garlic cucumber and the carrots until ready

  4. 4

    Fry the already cut vegetables for a few minutes

  5. 5

    Plate the food and serve it while hot
