  • 1 cloveGarlic
  • 1 cupHeavy Cream
  • 1/2 cupFresh parmesan cheese
  • 1 cupFresh Romano cheese
  • 1/4 cupFresh chopped parsley

    Melt butter over medium heat in sauce pan

  2. 2

    Add heavy cream bring to simmer for 5mins

  3. 3

    Add fresh graded Romano, parmesan cheese and minced garlic clove

  4. 4

    Whisk aggressively until cheese has melted

  5. 5

    Add parsley

  6. 6

    Serve
