1 pintschopped strawberries
1 1/2 tbspraw cane sugar
1 cupunsweetened pineapple juice
2/3 cupseltzer
1ice

Steps

Combine the strawberries and cane sugar in a blender and puree.

Scrape the puree into a strained over a small bowl to collect the liquid.

Gently stir the puree to separate the solids from the liquid.

Discard the solids.

Spoon 2/3 cup puree into three tall glasses and top each with seltzer.

Stir just until blended, then add ice and serve.
