Ingredients

5 eachGreen Tomatoes
1 cupAll Purpose Flour
1/2 cupButtermilk
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1/2 cupOil

Steps

1

Preheat oil in skillet.

Slice tomatoes 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with Salt
3

Dredge tomatoes in Buttermilk then in Flour, pressing flour into the tomatoes lightly.

Fry until golden brown on both sides.

Season with Salt and Pepper.
6

Serve hot.

really good,i mixed flour with cornmeal and it makes them really crispy
