Ingredients

2 people
  • 150 gramfirm silken tofu (cubes)
  • 3okra (thinly sliced)
  • 1 handfulbean sprout
  • 3garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1chili (thinly sliced)
  • Sea salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Place a dash of water in the pan (as cooking oil replacement) and let it come to a boil.

  2. 2

    Add garlic and chili. Stir it for 2-3 minutes until the aroma is released.

  3. 3

    Place okra, bean sprout and tofu into the pan. Add a splash of water.

  4. 4

    Add salt to taste. Gently stir for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Get the pan off the heat, then serve.
