Inspired by my friends who eliminate cooking oil in their diet and become healthier ever since. The cooking oil is replaced by a dash of water. Surprisingly it tastes good and fresher!

No-oil tofu and okra "stir fry" with bean sprout

Inspired by my friends who eliminate cooking oil in their diet and become healthier ever since. The cooking oil is replaced by a dash of water. Surprisingly it tastes good and fresher!

Ingredients

2 people
  1. 150 gramfirm silken tofu (cubes)
  2. 3okra (thinly sliced)
  3. 1 handfulbean sprout
  4. 3garlic cloves (minced)
  5. 1chili (thinly sliced)
  6. Sea salt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place a dash of water in the pan (as cooking oil replacement) and let it come to a boil.

  2. 2

    Add garlic and chili. Stir it for 2-3 minutes until the aroma is released.

  3. 3

    Place okra, bean sprout and tofu into the pan. Add a splash of water.

  4. 4

    Add salt to taste. Gently stir for 2-3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Get the pan off the heat, then serve.
