Ingredients

  1. 300 gms- Paneer
  2. 2 tsp- Coriander Powder
  3. 2 tsp- Garam Masala Power
  4. 2 tsp- Red Chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp- Turmeric Powder
  6. 1 tsp- Cumin powder
  7. According to taste - Salt
  8. 1 tbsp- Fresh cream
  9. 1 tbsp- Amul Butter
  10. 2 tsp- Kasoori Methi
  11. 10 cloves- Garlic
  12. Medium piece - Ginger
  13. 3Medium - Tomatoes
  14. 3Medium - Onions
  15. 5-10- Cashew Nuts
  16. 5-10- Almonds
  17. 2- Black Cardamoms
  18. 4- Green Cardamoms
  19. 4- Cloves
  20. 2- Bay Leaves
  21. 1- Cinnamon
  22. 1 cup- Milk
  23. 2Medium Glass - Water

Steps

  1. 1

    Sabse pahle ek cooker me onions, tomatoes,ginger,garlic, cashew nuts or almonds daal kar bina oil ke 2 minutes ke liye fry karenge. Jab halka sa fry ho jaye to pani daal ke 4 whistles and tak boli karenge.

  2. 2

    Gas band kar ke ye sari cheeze thandi hone denge or fir blender me blend kar lenge or fine paste bana lenge.

  3. 3

    Ab ek wok ya kadai me oil or butter daalenge or usme red chilli powder or turmeric powder daal ke halka sa saute karenge or usme sare sabut masale daal denge or fir usme blend kiya hua paste daal denge.

  4. 4

    Jab paste achche se saute ho jayega tab usme garam masala, coriander powder,jeera powder daal ke achche se saute kar lenge.

  5. 5

    Ab usme paneer ke pieces daal ke wo pani daal ke mix karenge jisme payaz or tamatar daal ke boil kiya tha. Ab kadai ki lid laga ke usme achche se low medium gas par boil aane denge.

  6. 6

    Jab achche se boil aa jaye to gas ko bilkul slow kar ke usme milk or cream daal denge,or fir ek boil and denge. Ab usme kasoori methi daal ke garam serve karenge.
