Steps
- 1
Start by preparing your ingredients, I didn't want much so I made 6 Cupcakes by halving this recipe which you can do to also preheat oven to 180°C!
- 2
Sieve dry ingredients
- 3
Stir to combine
- 4
Make a well and add butter
- 5
Stir slightly
- 6
Add the vanilla to the milk
- 7
Gradually add in 3 batches and combine
- 8
This is how it should look like.
- 9
Line your tin
- 10
Pour batter evenly in liners. (I used fairy cake liners so I had a little bit extra batter which I used to make cookie cakes see step 14)
- 11
Place in the preheated oven for 20-25 Min
- 12
Take out when done and let it cool for about 5 mins in the tray then take out and let it cool. To know when they are done stick a toothpick in the center if it come out clean it is done but I use the touching method where you gently press on the top of the cupcake while in the oven and if it springs back it is done.
- 13
Ice them with your favourite frosting or however you like!
- 14
This is the cookie cake I was talking about, it is a "Cookie" made out of cake batter and is very delicious!
- 15
Also ended up making another batch after finding out a few of my cousins were coming. Also very convenient as one of them couldn't have eggs so it was just perfect!
- 16
Second Frosting idea just simple chocolate curls
- 17
The inside is moist and amazing!
