Ingredients

  • 1 kg.Raw mango
  • 1/2 kgsugar
  • 1/2 kg.Jaggery
  • 1 tsp.Salt
  • 1 tsp.Black salt
  • 2 tsp.Cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp.Fennel seeds
  • 1 tsp.Red chilli powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel the mango and small cut

    Now add all dry masala

  3. 3

    Add sugar and jaggery

    Keep it 6_8 hrs.

    Cook it till all mixture will be thick and all water absorb

    Cool it and pour in a jar
