Ingredients

1 dozenEggs
1 lbsausage
1Green bell pepper (diced)
1 packagesMushrooms ( cleaned amd chopped)
1 smallonion chopped
2 cupshredded cheddar cheese

Steps

1

Brown sausage, crumbled and drain. Set aside.

In sausage drippings saute pepper, mushrooms and onions. When tender set aside.

Scramble all eggs. When starting to cook add sausage,and mix veggie. Cook until done. When done sprinkle cheese on top.

Serve with biscuits and enjoy.
