1 cupketchup
1 cupapple juice
1/2 cupbrown sugar
2 tbsplemon juice

preheat oven to 375°F.

place (thawed) chicken breasts in large cake pan

mix ketchup, apple juice, brown sugar and lemon juice in small pot

heat ingredients till thickened

pour sauce mixture over chicken breasts and cook for 75 mins till chicken is fully cooked

let cool down and serve
