Recipe : Mix semolina, butter milk and salt to taste and make a batter, add little water if required. keep it for 1/2 an hour. After 1/2 an hour, add half eno sachet and sprinkle some water on eno and mix well. Steam the idly in a steamer for 8-10 minutes.

Recipe for mini burger : Cut the idly from center in two equal parts. Apply green chutney on one slice and red chutney on the other slice. Now place potato slice, cucumber slice, tomato slice and onion slice, add little tomato ketchup and cover it with other slice. Garnish with some tomato ketchup. Your tasty, healthy mini idly burgers are ready. Children will just love it.
