Boil the sprouts for 5-6 minutes and keep aside. Add curd and salt to semolina and make a fine batter using some water and keep it aside for 30 minutes.

After 30 minutes add sprouts, onions, green chili, turmeric powder, milk and little water and mix well.

Heat a non stick pan, pour the batter on it and make round cheela, pour little oil on the sides and turn and fry it on both the sides. Serve hot with coconut chutney.
