Ingredients

2 cupRava (semolina)
1/2 cupcurd
1 1/2 cuppalak (spinach) puree
1 cupspring onions chopped
2green chili chopped
1/4 tea spoonturmeric powder
to tastesalt
Refined oil for frying

Mix all the ingredients and keep aside for 1/2 hour.

Add little water for the required consistency in the batter.

Heat non stick frying pan. pour some oil on it, and make round cheela with the help of ladle Turn and fry Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
