Mix curd, chickpea flour,salt, turmeric powder, ginger paste and water and blend it well with a blender.

Now pour this batter into non stick pan and cook continuously stirring on high flame, till the mixture boils, then low down the flame to medium and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Grease steel plate on both the sides with oil. Spread the mixture evenly on the greased plate, let it cool. cut horizontally and hold one end of the mixture and roll. Make all the rolls. Now heat oil in a tadka pan, add mustard and curry leaves... add the rolls and toss them for sometime
