Ingredients

5-6 servings
  • 1 cupLeftover Rice
  • 2-3 medium sizeBoiled mashed potatoes -
  • 1.5 tspChaat masala -
  • 1 tspGaram Masala -
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 2 tspChilli flakes -
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder -
  • leavesChopped Coriander
  • 1 tspCumin powder -
  • 1 tbsOregano -
  • 1 mediumChopped onion -
  • Bread crumbs (for binding)
  • Papad crumbs+Pizza seasoning (for coating)
  • Oil for frying
  • Plain flour slurry (Optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all the ingredients into a mixing bowl...and make a soft dough

  2. 2

    Now make rolls or as per your shape

  3. 3

    Now coat with papad crumbs...if not coating then dip in slurry and again coat with papad crumbs

  4. 4

    Deep fry into hot oil on low-medium flame

  5. 5

    Serve with any type of dip or tomato sauce
