Ingredients

  • Scrambled eggs served with ugali. 1 serving
  • 1)2 eggs
  • 2) 2 tomatoes
  • 3) 1 oniom
  • 4) cooking oil
  • 5) salt to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Put cooking oil on a pan, add onions and tomatoes and let it cook for 2 minutes

  2. 2

    Break the eggs into the pan and add salt then continue stirring it for 4 minutes

  3. 3

    Serve while hot with ugali
