Ingredients

1 or 2 people

2okura
Salt
1 tbspsesame
1small tbsp sugar
1small tbsp soya sauce
1small tbsp sugar
1small tbsp mirin

Steps

Rub okura with salt. (in this picture there are many okura but for this recipe I used only 2)

Boil them in hot water

Cut them

Crush sesame and mix with sugar, soy sauce, and mirin.

Mix with okura. Done!
