3/4 cupmilk
1/2 cupfine dry bread crumbs
1 canmushrooms
1/4 cupfinely chopped onion
2 tbspsnipped parsley
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspground sage
1 1/2 lbground beef
2 tbspbrown sugar
1 tspdry mustard
1/4 cupcatsup

preheat oven to 350

combine eggs and milk

stir in crumbs, onion, parsley, mushrooms, salt, sage, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper

add raw beef

mix well

pat into an 8x4x2 inch loaf pan

bake for 1 hr 15 min

spoon off fat

comine catsup, sugar, mustard. spread over meat.
10

return to oven for 10 minutes
