Ingredients

4 servings

1 packagesfrozen peas
1 mediumripe tomato (diced)
1 mediumchallot (thinly sliced)
1 ozgoat cheese (or whichever soft cheese you like)
3/4 cupGood Seasons Italian Salad Dressing

Steps

Pour frozen peas into a bowl, pour salad dressing over peas and mix.

Add tomatoes and challot and mix to coat everything.

Let it sit out at room temperature until peas are thawed, mixing periodically.

Place in refrigerator until ready to eat and dot salad with cheese before serving.
