Ingredients

4 serving
  • 1 kgpork
  • 3Table spoons of cooking oil
  • Corriander
  • 3large tomatoes
  • 1large onion
  • 1/2 cupwater

  1. 1

    Boil the pork for a few minutes add cooking oil and onions and stir till golden brown

  2. 2

    Add tomatoes, a pinch of salt and cook

  3. 3

    Then add corriander, 1/2 cup of water and stir to cook
