Wash the onions, tomatoes,and kales. Chop the onions, tomatoes and kales in different basins,

In a sufuria add cooking oil and heat it

Then add onions, to golden brown and ready onions add tomatoes for 2 minutes smashing them.

Add royco and salt for flavor.

Add kales add cover for 3 minutes

Stir the kale and let it cook for 2mins.

In the boiling 1cup of water add flour and stir to make it firm.

Serve the kales and ugali while hot for the great taste..
