In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and make a soft dough out of it.

There is no need of any water to knead the dough.

Bananas lend the required moisture to the dough.

Divide the dough into two portions.

Roll each into a big disc of medium thickness.

Cut it into diagonals or squares.

Deep fry them on medium to low flame until golden brown on both the sides.

As these are made with bananas, there is no need of any sugar syrup to coat them.

Nutritious and healthy banana shakkaparas are ready in just a few minutes.

Bring them down to the room temperature first before storing them in airtight containers.

These can be relished upto 3 days at room temperature or a fortnight if refrigerated.
