Making sauce: Grate the garlic, ginger and kiwi into a small bowl

Making sauce: add soy sauce, mirin and sugar into the step 2 bowl

Spread some flour on the pork slices

Stir fried the onions

Add pork slices

After pork slices turning brown, add the sauce
