Pre-heat oven to 400°F.

Place margarine in a 10-inch Pyrex pan.

Place pan in oven for 3 to 5 minutes, or until margarine or butter melts.

In a bowl beat eggs, flour, and salt to a pancake batter.

Pour into the pan on top of the melted butter or margarine.

Bake about 20 minutes or until puffed and browned.

Serve with your favorite pancake topping, my favorite is a little butter topped with a little sugar, then lightly drizzly lemon juice over the sugar layer to form a glaze. Amazing!
