its an easy, but repetitive each vegetable you add have to add oil to the bottom and season with salt and pepper

chop all the vegs the same size. in about 1in cubes

in a big pot, coat the bottom with olive oil..

turn the heat to med-high heat.. and get the oil nice and hot.. add the eggplant, cook until the eggplant is soft. about 10 minutes.

take the eggplant out.. and rest it on a plate.. add more olive oil and add zucchini, cook until soft

take zucchini out with the eggplant, add more oil and the summer squash

once the squash is soften dump it with the rest of the cooked vegetables.. add more oil cook onion,green and red pepper. cook until the onions are transparent add all the vegetable back in the pot.. sprinkle in some red pepper flakes for some heat to the dish..

cook the vegetables together for about 10 minutes..

Voilà! your ratatouille is complete.. it taste amazing with my baked chicken..
