2 cupflour
2 cupsugar
BOWL 2
2eggs
1 tspbaking soda
1/2 cupbuttermilk
HEATED SAUCEPAN
1 cupwater
1/2 cupCrisco Shortening
1 stickbutter
1 tspvanilla
4 tbspcocoa

preheat oven to 400

grease and flour pans

pour flour and sugar into a BOWL 1
4

mix eggs, baking soda and buttermilk in a separate BOWL 2
5

heat to a boil - water, shortening, butter, vanilla and cocoa
6

when at a boil, pour over BOWL 1 and mix
7

add BOWL 2 to chocolate mix and mix
8

pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes
