Steamed Carrots
Quick, nutritious and yummy!
Steps

Cut off green top of carrots and discard/ compost.

Scrub carrots under cold water.
- 3
Place carrots on steamer in pan with water, but not submerging carrots.
- 4
Steam until color darkens and carrots are tender, but firm.
- 5
Remove to serving platter.
- 6
Drizzle with olive oil.
- 7
Garnish with flat leaf Italian parsley or even fresh mint. (optional)
