Take ginger garlic 5 cloves, coriander And chillies in mixer, make coarse paste

Grind peas to paste

Cut potatoes And tomatoes in cubes separately

In a hot pan put oil,put cumin And fenugreek seeds,let them change colon

Now put the pea paste And keep stirring till the moisture dries now add the masala And potatoes tomatoes,salt

After 5 mins cooking add salt to your taste And lukewarm water to this for best taste,normal water not suggesting

Leave to boli do stir in between it will take 10 mins And sides MN dark green colour appears is the signal of being cooked. This goes with chapaati And rice both, serve hot.
