Add milk in a heavy bottom wok.add boiled it.

Now add grated carrots and begin to stir.cook untill the milk has completely dry.

Add ghee and khoya and stir well.

Add sugar and mix well.continue to cook until the moisture and the halwa thickness.

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Garnish with nuts, serve warm or chilled as your choice......
