  4. 1 tbspoliveoil
  5. 1 pinchsalt
  6. 1/4 cuplimon juce

    Wipe the eggplant with olive oil, then put iy in oven tray until melt

    In a bowl Mash garlic with Tahini and a pinch of salt and lemon juce.peel eggplant and then Mix well with a spoon.

    cool or as it serve directly and garnish with mint and olive oil.
