Yakisoba - hand down recipe (army style)

Cook your spaghetti noodles to direction while completing the rest of this recipe.

Brown your ground beef. Strain off any excess oil. Add back to pan.

On medium heat, add chopped onions, chopped bell pepper, ground ginger, soy sauce and half of the water.

Using remainder of the water, stir in your cornstarch and add to meat mixture.

Cook the mixture for about 10 to 15 minutes. Longer if you want the vegetables cooked softer.

After the noodles are cooked and drained, combine with the meat mixture. Give a good toss and serve with a smile.

This recipe can be added on to depending upon your taste. Red and Yellow bellpeppers will make it colorful or add a handful of chopped green onions before serving. Play with it and make it your own.
