  • 1 1/2 cupOats
  • 2 1/2 eachSuper Ripe Bananas
  • 1 cupUnsweetened Applesauce
  • 1/2 cupCraisins or dried fruit of your choice (OPTIONAL)
  • 1 dashCinnamon (add to taste)
  • 1 pinchLight Brown Sugar to the tops of each
  • 1 dashVanilla Extract

    Preheat oven to 350*F

    Mix everything together in a medium bowl

  3. 3

    Drop by spoonfuls onto cookie sheets

  4. 4

    Bake about 35 minutes
