Ingredients

  • 6asparagus sprigs cut in 1inch pieces
  • 8sliced mushrooms of your choice
  • 1/4sliced onion
  • 2sliced length wise serano chiles
  • 1thinly sliced zuccinni
  • 1enough eggs to equal 2 per person
  • 3 slicebacon

Steps

  1. 1

    in fry pan heat 2tblsp corn oil, when hot add all ingredients except eggs and sautee until starts to gold in color.

  2. 2

    add eggs to the pan and cook until done try not Try o stir too much, kind of flip it instead..

  3. 3

    no need for extra salt since it has bacon in it.
