preheat griddle to 350°F

In a mixing bowl add dry ingredients and wisk

In another mixing bowl melt the butter

add eggs, milk, and vanilla

Whisk wet ingredients

pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir

add more milk to make lighter pancakes

pour batter onto griddle to specific size
- 9
flip when sides harden and craters form in center of pancake
