Ingredients

4 person
  • 2BAINGAN (brinjal)
  • 1sliced onion
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 3 tbspboiled matter
  • 1/2 tspred chilly powder
  • salt as par taste
  • 1/4 tspkashmiri mirch
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast bengan at direct flame

    Peel the burn skin and cool down

    In kadai heat oil add onion. Saute it and add tomatoes and cook till soft add salt, chilly powder, kashmiri mirch and matter. saute for 2 minutes

    Add roasted bengan and cook for 5 minutes and serve hot with plane pranatha
