  • 2 literwater
  • 6tamarindo
  • 1sugar to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    peal shell off tamarindo place in pot with water and bring to boil, lower heat amd let simmer about 15-20 minutes.

    remove tamerindo chunks from pot and add sugar to your liking. Stir til disolved.

    pour into pitcher and chill in refridgerator until ready to serve.
