Steps

Brush the Irish potatoes with brush under running water leaving the skin on don't peel the skin off

Wash the chicken add the Irish potatoes and add little of all the veggies including the diced tomatoes and pepper

Add salt and rosemary withe the fennel

Cover and put on heat
- 5
When is tender add the remaining veggies
- 6
Cover and cook for a minute then turn off the heat and stir all together is ready to serve
