Boil water until warm and add salt.

Place ¾ of the flour in a bowl add cooking oil and the water and start kneading

Knead until dough is firm and does not stick on the hands

Place dough on the flat surface and roll until almost flat and spread oil on it.

Cut into strips and roll into round balls and roll them into flat chapatis as place the pan to preheat.

Place the chapati on the pan and spread oil on both sides.

When it cooks on both sides remove and place another until you finish.

When through place onions in a sufuria and add cooking oil.

Place tomatoes in the sufuria when the onions turn brown.

When they soften add dhania and stir. add the ndengu and royco. add ½ cup water and salt then cover.

After 2 minutes turn off heat and serve.
