Ingredients

  • 4long large potatoes
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for frying

Steps

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Using potato peeler, peel the potatoes. Wash then. Cut into long rectangular pieces.

  2. 2

    Heat oil for frying. Fry using high heat. Remove the chips from the oil then let it cool. Return to heat for 5 minutes each side.

  3. 3

    Then remove from heat, it should be ready.

  4. 4

    Serve with some proteins such as beef.
