Ingredients

8 servings
  1. 500 mlhot water, just boiled
  2. 3ordinary teabags - not fancy tea
  3. 4large ripe peaches, peeled & pitted
  4. 1juice of a lime, 2 tbsp
  5. 700 mlgluten-free ginger ale
  6. 240 mlsparkling/carbonated water
  7. to tasteagave nectar, syrup or honey

    Add the teabags to the freshly boiled water and let steep for around 20 minutes. Remove teabags and let tea cool completely

  2. 2

    Put the peaches and sparkling water in a blender and puree. You can strain this if you like or leave it a bit pulpy if you prefer

    In a large jug or bowl mix together the tea, peach puree, lime juice and ginger ale and sweeten to taste

    Chill before serving. Makes just over 2 litres
