  • 2 1/4 lbsausage
  • 1 packagesyellow rice dinner I used Vigo family sized one pound
  • 1 lbbaby carrots
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 quartboiling water

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pot boil carrots

    Slice the sausage add to pot

    Add rice after it has boiled 7 minutes covered

    Boil till craters of bubbling water appear in the rice stir once cover remove from heat let sit 15 minutes undisturbed rice is still cooking
