I had nothing else in the fridge and the pastry needed using up so I came up with this one.

I had nothing else in the fridge and the pastry needed using up so I came up with this one.
Steps

Pre-heat the oven to 200c.

You need a shallow tray big enough to fit the the pastry.

Add greaseproof paper to the tray and again lightly grease the paper again.

Lay the pastry on the paper.

Brush the pastry with melted butter.
- 6
Add all the other ingredients to the pastry.
- 7
Place the tart in the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges start to lightly brown.
