Ingredients

  • 1 cupChopped walnuts
  • 1 tbspOlive oil
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspPepper
  • 1 tspGarlic powder
  • 1 tspRed pepper (less if you don't want them very spicy)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté nuts in olive oil and add spices. They burn quickly, so just warm them!

  2. 2

    I recommend these walnuts on top of chopped romaine, grilled chicken, red sliced onions, cubed avocado, gargonzola, and Goddess salad dressing.
